Themed Design & Atmosphere
EGO' Boutique Hotel - The Silk Road occupies a restored palazzo and is the only hotel in Venice designed around Marco Polo's Silk Road journey. The decor includes Venetian brocades, Murano glass chandeliers, and gold insets that carry the Silk Road theme into each guest space. Guests can borrow travel books about Marco Polo from the lobby library to complement the theme.
Rooms & Suites
The hotel houses 8 individually decorated rooms, including the Junior Suite with Grand Canal View and the Imperial Suite with Grand Canal View. The Imperial Suite has a private jacuzzi for two and overlooks both the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. Select rooms offer a view of the Grand Canal, city view, or San Salvador canal view.
Location & Transportation
Located in the San Marco district, the hotel sits 100 meters from Rialto Bridge and 500 meters from Piazza San Marco. The ACTV water bus stop and water taxi dock are directly outside the hotel, providing direct service to Marco Polo Airport. Staff can arrange water taxi transfers and gondola rides directly from the hotel entrance.
Dining & Breakfast
Breakfast is served in a second-floor room overlooking the Grand Canal, with the option of in-room delivery at no extra charge.
